Expert Witness

In an ideal world disputes between opposing parties would be avoided, but in an ever complex society, a difference of opinion will always exist and this often results in one or other party feeling aggrieved leading to those involved seeking recompense through the legal channels.

Experts can be of great assistance to all interested parties, aiding them to determine the issues in a case, providing their independent, objective and unbiased opinions on the aspects of the case that come within their area of expertise.

That’s why choosing the correct reliable, impartial expert with relevant and appropriate knowledge and understanding of the evidence in question to present and challenge expert evidence is paramount.

I specialise in both the continued airworthiness and air operation of aircraft within the classification of general aviation, commercial helicopters and business jets.

I have handled many complex assignments and have arbitered between a commercial operator and a government following a post modification incident.

In the last 33 years I have gained an in depth knowledge of the UK and EASA Regulations for both Continuing Airworthiness and Air Operations together with the Federal Aviation regulation under Part 91.

I also have a comprehensive and in depth knowledge of Safety Management Systems.

I continually strive to obtain a greater depth of knowledge and continue to undertake appropriate training to ensure my knowledge remains current.
