The value of an insurance policy is only ever tested when thing a have gone wrong and the aircraft has sustained damage.

As a small independent adjusting company, who are on call 24 hrs a day, we truly have the ability to respond to each individual loss and provide a personal service tailored to the circumstances of the policy holder.

No two losses are ever the same, but we often find our clients in a situation where the aircraft is stuck in an off airfield location which poses a hazard to the general public and or the aircraft itself, increasing the risk of further losses or damage.

Our extensive experience within general aviation, commercial helicopter and executive jets provides an invaluable resource and with extensive knowledge of recovery agents, repairers, manufacturers and government agencies throughout the UK and Europe, we can quickly and effective guide the owner / operator through those first few crucial hours following the loss.

As the claim process progresses, we continue liaise closely with insurers, the insured, brokers and repair organisations to ensure a timely and effective resolution to the claim process and avoid untimely delays.

We continually liaise with the accident investigators and manufacturers to determine the cause and extent of loss and provide Insurers with the relevant recommendations during the claim process.

Where appropriate, we dispose of salvage on behalf of the Insurers.

We also liaise and manage third party liabilities resulting from the incident / accident and this includes damage to third party property including ground contamination and it restoration in accordance with the environmental regulations.
